# SKEL10 > SKEL10 (https://skel10.app) is a Hebrew web app for weightlifting and strength training. An athlete films a set on the phone, uploads it, and gets an analysis of every repetition: the phases of the movement, the bar path, one correction for the next rep, and a repetition score where the analysis is confident enough. Coaches, clubs and gyms follow their athletes' analyses and talk in a club chat. ## What it does today - Technique analysis of a filmed set, repetition by repetition. A phone camera is enough; the lift is filmed from the side or from the front. - Lifts: snatch, clean, jerk (split, push and power), clean and jerk, back squat, front squat, deadlift, bench press, press, push press, barbell row, pull-up, and the Olympic variations (power, hang, block and tall snatch and clean, snatch and clean pulls, snatch balance, drop snatch, muscle snatch). Complexes are analysed through a complex builder. - Results: the phases of the movement, the bar path, one correction for the next repetition together with how certain it is, and a repetition score only where the analysis is confident. - Coaches, clubs and gyms: an athlete connects to a coach or a club; the coach sees the analyses the athlete shares and gives feedback; a club has a group chat. - Profile: personal records and recent activity. - Sign-up asks for the sport, and the lift picker recommends that sport's lifts first, with every other lift below. - Sign-in with a username or an email address, with a sign-in code by email. ## Who it is for Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, CrossFit and gym athletes, their coaches, and the clubs, gyms and studios they train in. ## Language and access - Hebrew interface, right to left. - A web app: it runs in the phone's browser and on a computer, with nothing to install. - Analysis videos are private: they are not published, and the athlete chooses which coach sees them. ## Links - [SKEL10](https://skel10.app/): the app, its sign-in and its sign-up
